This comprehensive 12-week program is designed for leaders and managers who want to become certified Grief and Trauma Recovery Advocates. The program includes six weeks of sessions focused on theory, case studies, and assignments, followed by a six-week practical component that provides real-world experience in supporting employees through grief and trauma. This structure ensures you gain both foundational knowledge and hands-on application, empowering you to lead with empathy and effectiveness in your organization.

All materials are provided, and upon completion, you will receive a Certificate of Completion and be listed on Grief Uprooted.
